You may request deletion of your account and associated information at any time. Before submitting a request, please review the process and important timing information below.
How to request deletion
In the app: Go to Profile & Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
By email: Send a request to consult@drpaulhealthsystem.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address linked to your account.
What deletion includes
Your deletion request includes your account and profile data, pregnancy journey information, wellness records, check-in data, exercise records, support information, and other data linked to your account.
30-day cancellation period
There is a 30-day cancellation period before final deletion. During this period, you may contact us to cancel your request. Some information may be retained after final deletion where required by law or necessary for legally required retention.
